We are looking for a Project Manager able to identify the needs of both our project team and clients, translating them into concrete, actionable points. You can bring people along with a positive can-do attitude combined with structure and clarity. As part of our client team, you will work closely with our strategy team, design team and growing pool of freelancers. You feel comfortable collaborating and managing people with different skill sets: data analysts, C-level tech suite, marketeers, designers and engineers.

Responsibilities:

Challenge clients by always being one step ahead in their business
Collaborate effectively in a team with cross-functional stakeholders
Project & Client management: scope, planning, managing budget and deadlines
Develop and secure our long-term relationship with our clients

You

Have 5-8 years of experience within project management within a creative agency (strategic project experience a plus)
Have strong empathy and communication skills
Believe in teamwork and value diversity of thought
Are curious and never settle for the easy option
Are comfortable challenging clients in a positive and constructive manner
Are practical and motivated, focused on achieving immediate tasks, yet able to grasp the broader perspective when necessary.
Are fluent in written and spoken English, preferably a native speaker
Nice to have: work experience and/ or interest in deep tech industries
