Are you an experienced, confident and driven Client Lead, that can strengthen and develop some of our key client relationships? Together with our Client Services Director, you will take ownership of delivering strategic and creative projects across a mix of large corporates and ventures, primarily in the technology sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project recognition – translating a client brief or opportunity into a project approach, budget and scope of work that clearly identifies the challenge we are solving, and how we will do so.
  • Briefing & project management – Uniting inter-disciplinary teams around a shared goal, as well as breaking the project down into focussed assignments and individual tasks.
  • Proactive planning – working with our operations team to balance multiple deadlines and fast-paced projects, translating to consistent timely delivery of work.
  • Budget management – actively manage project and client profitability, by maintain an open dialogue with clients when scope and deliverables shift, as well as clearly communicating deliverables, timing and planning to Qindle project and finance teams.
  • Client relationships – build and strengthen existing client relationships, by partnering closely with key stakeholders in a consultative partnership role. Maintain and open and transparent dialogue to manage expectations and constantly strive to over-deliver.
  • Client development – Develop and own annual client plans, spotting and converting growth opportunities through a deep understanding of our clients’ business and competitive context

 

PROFILE

  • 8-10 years’ experience in a client service or consulting role
  • A proven track record of managing global clients with multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Experience working with clients in the Technology industry a plus.
  • Experience managing projects across business strategy, brand, innovation, design and marketing
  • Strong communication skills, highly organised and a keen eye for detail
  • High level of curiosity and a drive to find the appropriate solution to any challenge
  • A strong point of view and stand up for what you believe in
  • Actively drive and influence teamwork and collaboration
  • Pragmatic, self-driven individual, focussed on problem solving
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with an ability to clarify, convince and influence others.
