Senior Brand Designer    

We are recruiting for a senior brand designer who is conceptually strong but is also able to focus on and craft the smallest details. You understand and embrace the power of brands and distinctive assets and know how to translate this into design work that is bold, contemporary and meaningful. You are able to easily switch between different industries and categories (from Technology to FMCG), creating work that is appropriate for our clients visionYou have experience in taking creative ownership and working with internal and freelance teamsYou will be working closely together with our creative director, strategy consultants and team of industrial designers and visualizers.  

From your experience and personal interests, you: 

Are a Designer with 8+ years of experience working across a variety of categories (preferably on global brands). 
Are a strategic thinker and creative do-er. 
Have experience in translating storytelling into 360° brand worlds. 
Are able to create work across the full spectrum of visual identity – from branding and visuals (including art-directing motion & illustration) to conceptual packaging and environment. 
Understand the value of design for business and brand equity. 
Have an excellent grasp of Adobe software, knowledge of 3D or motion graphics is a plus. 
Can work with brand guidelines and possess a strong knowledge of design standards. 
Have a pragmatic approach and get things done. 
Are curious, flexible and resourceful.

Conceptual 3D visualizer   

We are recruiting for a conceptual 3D visualizer who is able to bring our ideas and models to life. You can take on abstract visual concepts to pixel perfect product renders. Crafting beautiful 3D renders and animations which capture the vision of our client is what you do best. You will be working closely together with our creative director, strategy consultants and team of designers.

From your experience and personal interests, you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in 3D modelling and visualizing.
• Are highly skilled in 3DMAX, Corona/V-Ray and/or Cinema 4D.
• Have experience working with Adobe Creative Suit: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Can easily switch between abstract 3D concepts & real-life products.
• Provide efficient modelling and conversion of data sets from 3DCAD.
• Can 3D texturise and render 3DCAD models.
• Have basic animation/motion skills (is a plus).
• Have extensive insight and knowledge of the industry standards and developments.
• Take ownership, have a pragmatic approach and get things done.

Creative Data Analyst   

We are recruiting a creative data analyst who can seamlessly find, navigate, filter and report data. You have highly developed analytical experience including data analytics & reporting techniques, data visualization via Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI & Tableau as well as forecasting and modelling.  A strong analytical reasoning combined with solid knowledge and experience of MS Excel (including cleaning and transforming data with advanced formulas/VLookUps/Index etc. & Pivot tables) as well as Power BI/Tableau is a must.

You also have experience in working with leading research and data suppliers as well as public data sources. Data focus: industry performance, market sales, consumer, brand equity, market forecast and retail data. You ensure our creative consultancy becomes rooted in deep consumer & industry understanding and is driven through facts and data-based decision making. You have a solid professional expertise in global consumer and market insights, superior analytics expertise and an excellent understanding of evidence-based marketing principles. You support our innovation strategy team with finding, selecting and presenting project relevant data. Furthermore, you will be the liaison between Qindle and market intelligence teams and data specialists on client’s side. You blossom in a constantly changing working environment, new people, new clients, new opportunities.

Packaging Design Engineer  

We are recruiting for a packaging specialist who can provide innovative packaging solutions for our clients. You are a multitalent who is capable of taking on the design, the engineering and prototyping process. But is also capable of participating in innovation sessions and can consult in packaging ideation. You can switch between conceptual thinking to the tiniest technical detail and take ownership of the complete process. You will be working closely together with our creative director, strategy consultants and team of industrial designers and visualizers.

From your experience and personal interests, you:

Have a Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Design, Packaging, Engineering. 
Have 5+ years of experience designing and engineering structural packaging at a design agency. 
• Easily switch between a global brand context and a design solution on a product level.
• Execute design projects, ensuring product development objectives and schedules are met.
• Are highly skilled in modeling 3DCAD (complex surface) in SolidWorks. 
• Have proven understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes in product development.
Have extensive insight and knowledge of production methods and materials.
• Can specify and organize mock-ups & prototypes.
• Drive communication of the product design intent to manufacturers.
• Are an articulate and persuasive presenter of your ideas and design solutions.

Technology Storyteller

We are recruiting a Technology Storyteller who is passionate about technology and computing. You keep up to date with developments in Silicon Valley and know how to convey a highly technical story to different audiences. You have a strong personality that is comfortable with international C-level collaboration, who seamlessly combines creative consultancy and storytelling with client- and project management. You easily switch between the macro perspective of a business and brand strategy and the micro perspective of product propositions and design solutions. You feel comfortable collaborating with different skill sets: data analysts, C-level tech executives, marketeers, designers and engineers.

Creative Director 3D

Qindle is recruiting a talented creative director – industrial design, a strong personality that can work closely with our creative consultants to translate innovation programs into design strategy for global brands and unique design solutions for products and packaging.

You set course in the creative process, are able to easily switch between the macro perspective of a brand strategy and micro perspective of design and engineering details of products and packaging. You feel comfortable in collaborating and directing people in different creative disciplines. You blossom in a constantly changing working environment; new clients, new challenges, new opportunities.

You have a background in industrial design, worked as a designer within an agency and have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing an interdisciplinary creative team. Your personality, experience and way of working makes that you:
