Creative Director

Qindle is recruiting a talented creative director – industrial design, a strong personality that can work closely with our creative consultants to translate innovation programs into design strategy for global brands and unique design solutions for products and packaging.

You set course in the creative process, are able to easily switch between the macro perspective of a brand strategy and micro perspective of design and engineering details of products and packaging. You feel comfortable in collaborating and directing people in different creative disciplines. You blossom in a constantly changing working environment; new clients, new challenges, new opportunities.

You have a background in industrial design, worked as a designer within an agency and have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing an interdisciplinary creative team. Your personality, experience and way of working makes that you:

  • Translate an innovation roadmap into a cohesive design strategy and design execution.

Operations Manager

Qindle is recruiting a multi-talented operations manager who is comfortable with wearing several hats and is an entrepreneurial problem-solver. Your external and operational responsibilities will be spread over studio management, work process, HR and project support.

You are an approachable personality, good with people, a natural connector, somebody that thrives when given challenges. Independent, ambitious and focused are your favorite words, you blossom in a constantly changing working environment: new clients, new challenges, new opportunities. You can easily switch between the macro; a management team meeting and the micro; support a team with project logistics and every step in between. You have a background in project management, operations management and/or team management and understand what is needed to run a creative agency.

Responsibilities

  • Deep dive into our client’s universe: business needs, organization and work process.
  • Define work process: workflows, tools, client and freelance collaboration solutions.
  • Plan studio, freelance capacity, meetings and support project leads.
  • Identify and protect the measures of success for clients and projects.
  • Support the creation of documentation, training materials and templates.
  • Prepare the studio operation for future growth, think in scalability.
  • Onboarding new employees and support recruiting process for new talent.
  • Nurture Qindle culture by organizing events and talent happiness.
  • Nurture a positive learning environment.
  • Support sales, presentations, office and travel.

Senior Industrial Designer

Qindle is recruiting a senior level industrial designer, ready to design outstanding consumer products and brand driven structural packaging. You have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating innovative concepts, aesthetic excellence and commercialized products.

You are a strong personality experienced in applying corporate branding and design language systems. High-level of proficiency in industrial design digital creation tools; sketching (Sketch book pro), 3D-CAD (Rhino/SolidWorks) rendering (Keyshot, Corona) and Adobe CS Suite. You blossom in a constantly changing working environment; new clients, new challenges, new opportunities.

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Design, have 5+ years of experience designing physical products and packaging in a design agency. Your personality, experience and way of working makes that you:

  • Deep dive in the universe of our clients from brand and design.
  • Can develop and implement design strategy, incorporating insights and business needs.
  • Easily switch between a global brand context and design solution on a product level
  • Execute design projects, ensuring product development objectives and schedules are met.
  • Maintain an understanding of our client’s brand, competition, industry and relevant trends.
  • Drive communication of the product’s design intent to manufacturers.
  • Proven understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes in product development.
  • Extensive insight and knowledge of production methods and materials.
  • An attitude that champions towards ownership, action, and pragmatic design tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Are a strong presenter of your ideas and design solutions on director level.

Data Analyst

Qindle is recruiting a data geek, a creative analyst who is a multi-talent who can seamlessly navigate, filter and report data. Experience in working with leading research and data suppliers as well as public data sources is a must. Data focus: industry performance, market sales, consumer, brand equity, market forecast and retail data.

As a member of the Innovation strategy team you will be instrumental in ensuring our creative consultancy becomes rooted in deep consumer & industry understanding and is driven through facts and data-based decision making.

To be successful in this role, you will bring solid professional expertise in global consumer and market insights, superior analytics expertise and an excellent understanding of evidence-based marketing principles. You support our innovation strategy team with finding and presenting project relevant data. Furthermore, you will be liaison between the Qindle and market intelligence teams and data specialists on client’ side.

It is essential you have highly developed analytical experience including data science techniques, data reporting, and data visualization as well as forecasting and modelling. You blossom in a constantly changing working environment; new people, new clients, new opportunities.
