Qindle innovation & design was asked to create ‘product experiences’ for the new Reckitt Benckiser R&D center in Hull, UK, which illustrate the direct connection between RB’s strong brands, scientific achievements and daily solutions for consumers and even make them tangible. RB – (Reckitt Benckiser) is an international owner of ‘power brands’ in the areas of health, hygiene and cleaning products. RB helps consumers daily with a pain-free life, a clean house or enjoying safe sex. Think of brands such as Nurofen, Clearasil, Strepsils, Calgon, Durex and many others. All built on progressive scientific achievements and years of R&D.
Today, RB is a global company with more than 40,000 employees. But it all started for Reckitt Benckiser in the place Hull in the United Kingdom. The Center for Scientific Excellence is now being built at this location with RB history. Once completed, it will be one of RB’s largest health care development centers that complements other R&D facilities around the world. Making this story visible and tactile for the international RB Marketing and R&D community is a challenge for us to test the Qindle proposition; creating ‘brand & product experiences’ from an integral perspective on brand, consumer and technology. The first results will be visible during the opening of Center for Scientific Excellence in August 2018.
