Brand strategy

Vandemoortele is a leading European food group within the bakery, margarines, culinary oils & fats segments. Owning brands such as Diamant, Reddy and Gouda’s Glory.

In close collaboration with the Vandemoortele marketing department and ProudDesign packaging design agency, Qindle® created a brand positioning update, a new assortment strategy and a NPD funnel for the Diamant brand.

Thanks to our Ignite your Brand® and Reach for the Stars® process tools we created within a short time tangible results for the VanderMoortele marketeers and ProudDesign packaging designers. While designing ourselves the structural packaging of one of the NPD propositions.
